“Follow the threads that lead our stories together”
I designed the visual identity for the 2022 edition of HRAFF, in collaboration with designer & illustrator, Nadia Prihani Hooton.

Together we developed a collaborative method that united our practices as illustrator & collage artist.

Nadia created four illustrations in response to the festival’s themes: Ancestors, Bodies, Distance and Environment. Then, I used a collage approach to combine these illustrations, allowing us to make endless combinations across the festival’s collateral and representing the different themes.

The result was a unique, flexible and expansive visual identity for the festival.
