05 Let Our Songs Speak For Us
Based at the University of Adelaide, CASM is the only dedicated university centre for Australian Indigenous music, and a vital site of musical training, community empowerment, and cultural impact.
I designed a custom typeface for the exhibition’s visual identity, drawing on the staunch activist spirit that founded CASM. The hand-cut lettering references the posters, banners, and protest materials created by Indigenous activists in the 1970s, the era of CASM’s inception.
I worked on this project as a designer for Cause/Affect Studio.
